During a bi-annual Preventative Maintenance Inspection, one of our Technician’s noticed the dated kitchen flooring had a lot of cracks, wear-and-tear and some of the tiles were even loose or coming off. This was causing some frustration to the tenant and was a safety concern for their children. We brought this to the owner’s attention and provided an estimate that their limited budget, but still provided an updated look to the property.
