Minor and major Repairs. We’re here to help.
At East Vista Home Services we take pride in helping our clients maintain their real estate investment properties. Through our Preventative Maintenance program or Maintenance Projects, our goal is to reduce the stress and time required for both the client and the tenant.
Minor Repairs and Emergency Issues:
- The Tenant or Owner can either Text, Email or Call our Tenant Services Coordinator for all Minor Repairs and Emergency Issues.
- Depending on the nature of the issue, we will dispatch it to the appropriate person and coordinate the scheduling with the tenant.
- We provide the owners with an update on what’s happening with their property and ensure the repair is completed to their satisfaction.
- All correspondence with the tenant is done through East Vista’s Home Services Team.
Major Repairs and Renovations
Collaborate
It all begins with a conversation between our Maintenance Team and the client. We will explore and discuss the project requirements, ensuring we consider all aspects of your repairs & renovation.
Plan
The next step: our expert team will go ahead and turn all those conversations into action – putting together a comprehensive estimate and project timeline.
Coordinate
We will work with all external sources, including contractors and tenants, to ensure a smooth process for everyone involved.
Execute & Complete
We will be communicating with you at every stage, completing your project on time, on budget and with ease. We promise a project completion that you and your tenants are 100% satisfied with.
